I used to struggle to get out of the house to even go to my local gym..so when I discovered her workouts...and that I could do them from the comfort of my home- even better! There are too many PIYO workouts to recommend of hers.. I love 65, 51... my favourite sections are always ‘Body Fusion’ and ‘Flow’. I am not the fittest/most supple of people.. but I became a lot more flexible and felt so much better after doing these sessions regularly.
