“I have been doing Mashelle’s PIYO workouts now for over a year or so. I absolutely love them! I used to struggle to get out of the house to even go to my local gym..so when I discovered her workouts...and that I could do them from the comfort of my home- even better! There are too many PIYO workouts to recommend of hers.. I love 65, 51... my favourite sections are always ‘Body Fusion’ and ‘Flow’. I am not the fittest/most supple of people.. but I became a lot more flexible and felt so much better after doing these sessions regularly. It is a strange thing to say but I became more fit without trying too hard. I think it’s because the workouts are so enjoyable, which helps someone like me (who gets easily bored and frustrated). Excuse the long review. I have a lot to say...and a lot to thank Mashelle for being here for me (whether she knows it or not).
