About the Class…

Build a sculpted and defined upper and lower body with my Jiggle Free Strength Training Series!  

Nothing reduces body fat and gets you lean faster than strength training with weights.  Crew, I'm here to tell you, it is a myth that weight training will make you bulky.  I know from personal experience (have you read my weight loss transformation story?)

Jiggle Free Arms Vol 2 incorporates varying levels of weight, from light to heavy. This class builds muscle in your arms, shoulders, back and chest to reduce body fat and build a beautiful, lean upper body!

Jiggle Free Legs & Abs

About the Class…

Jiggle Free Legs & Abs is all about the booty, thighs and abs!  

I incorporated bench step ups in this workout to lift your butt and tighten your thighs.  Step ups are excellent for reducing cellulite, lifting your butt, and shaping your thighs!  

We finish with an intense ab section to shape & define the rectus abdominis (your 6 pack) and obliques. 

If you don't have  bench, you can use an aerobic step with 8 risers, 4 on each side.  If you don't have either, just do those exercises on the floor.  I show those modifications in the class video. 😘

About the Class…

Short on time? This total body workout hits every muscle in just 15 minutes!  I created this class one morning when I wanted to get in a quick full-body workout. It's short but super effective! 


Equipment Needed

  • a set of light and medium dumbbells
  • stability ball for weighted ab work
  • mat, water & towel


If you don't have a stability ball, do the exercise without one. You'll still feel the burn! Do this workout 3 times per week to shape your body and build endurance.

The focus of this round is the abductors (outer hips), so you’ll see Bowler Lunges, Kick-throughs, and the PiYo Sweep is back! I love targeted abductor work because the outer hips can be a trouble zone for most women. This round will definitely sculpt and accentuate your curves!
