This phase of the Challenge can be done stand alone or to build more muscle after you've finished the 30 Day Fat Burn Challenge.  

This Challenge incorporates the training techniques that helped me LOSE 4 DRESS SIZES, burn fat and build lean muscle when I was going through my weight loss transformation.  

Will Strength Training Make Me Look Bulky?

The most common myth about weight lifting and women is that it will make you look bulky. 

Women generally don’t have high enough levels of testosterone to build really large muscles.  It can be done, but it takes a concerted effort.  In other words, it won’t happen by accident. 



Muscle burns fat. It’s that simple. Muscle also burns more calories than fat and continues to burn calories long after your workout is over.  So the more muscle mass you have, the more fat and calories you burn. 

According to WebMD, 10 pounds of muscle burns 50 calories per day while 10 pounds of fat only burns 20 calories per day. 

The key to looking fit and toned is increasing your muscle mass and reducing body fat. So ladies, if you want to see faster results from your workouts, add some strength training to your workout routine.

30 Day Fat Burn Challenge

This second phase of the Challenge focuses on strength training to build lean muscle so you burn more fat.

Each workout is inspired by 10 years experience teaching group fitness, and the training techniques that gave me the BEST results during my own personal weight loss transformation.   

You'll workout 6 days a week with 1 rest day built in.  The workouts are specifically sequenced to allow sufficient periods of recovery for each muscle group.

It's true. You can't out train a bad diet. If you overload on carbs, fat, and sugar, you will wear it on your hips! The key is to eat healthy 80% of the time and enjoy your favorite foods in moderation. I always say "eat like you got some sense!" Your body needs carbs and healthy fats for fuel and energy. I'll teach you why eating whole, unprocessed foods helps your body function more efficiently so you can continue to make better food choices long after the Challenge is over.
